Interactive scoring statistics for high school basketball

Project: Create an interactive dashboard to display team win/loss and scoring statistics for girls basketball teams in Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS).

Solution: Used data analysis and visualization tools to gather 10 seasons of game result data and then process and visualize the data. 

Tools used include:

  • Python, Pandas, and Jupyter Notebook: data scraping, cleanup, and analysis
  • Excel and BBEdit: data review
  • Observable Plot: data visualization
